Prayagraj, 12 September (). The case related to Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute in Mathura is going on in the Allahabad High Court. On Friday, a single bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra heard the case and set the next hearing on 26 September.

The suit number 7 and 13 were particularly in discussion during the hearing held on Friday. In suit number 13, plaintiff advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh has filed his objection. At the same time, there was a debate in the suit number 7 to remove the name of the plaintiff number 1. The court clarified that before the next hearing, all the parties should file their objections, so that the trial of the case could proceed smoothly.

Significantly, a total of 18 petitions related to this dispute are pending in the Allahabad High Court. These petitions have demanded removal of the royal Idgah mosque and possession of land. It is constantly being debated.

In the last hearing held on 22 August, an application was filed by the Masjid Committee under Section 151 of the CPC, demanding a ban on further proceedings of integrated cases. His side was to hear only the delegation. The court then gave time to the temple side to file objections.

On July 18, the Allahabad High Court declared the suit number 17 (Lord Krishna Virajaman and others) as a representative suit. The royal Idgah Masjid Committee is favoring that only this representative suit should be heard and all other promises should be banned.

The temple side claims that the Shahi Idgah Mosque is actually built on the land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and the mosque was constructed by demolishing the original temple, while the mosque side says that the dispute has already been resolved under the 1968 agreement and now new cases are not durable.
