Patna, June 15 (). In Bihar’s capital Patna, politics has intensified regarding the controversy related to the famous Khan Sir and Gyan Bandhu coaching. Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Tejashwi Yadav has written a letter to Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary demanding a CBI investigation into the entire matter.
Tejashwi Yadav said in his letter that a few days ago, following a dispute between two coaching institutes located in the capital, an incident of alleged assault, vandalism and firing had come to light. In this case, both the parties have made serious allegations against each other.
He mentioned in the letter that the matter has become more serious after the news of death of Prince Yadav, brother of coaching operator Roshan Anand, under suspicious circumstances came to light in Nepal. In such a situation, many questions are being raised regarding the entire episode.
The Leader of Opposition said that serious allegations and counter-allegations are being made continuously in the matter. Besides, questions are also being raised on the working style of the state government and Bihar Police and the impartiality of the investigation. He said that considering the public sentiment, the investigation of this case should be handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
While requesting the Chief Minister, Tejashwi Yadav said that CBI investigation will ensure fair, effective and thorough investigation of the case. This will reveal the truth of the entire incident and action can be taken as per law against those found guilty in the investigation.
He said that a transparent investigation is necessary in this sensitive matter, so that the doubts arising in the minds of people can be removed and justice can be ensured.
At present, rhetoric continues in the politics of Bihar regarding this matter. On one hand some people are demanding action against Khan sir and on the other hand some people are raising questions regarding law and order in Bihar.
Meanwhile, Roshan Anand, the director of Gyan Bandhu Coaching Center, has got bail. Amidst the ongoing controversy with Khan sir, the death of Roshan Anand’s brother under suspicious circumstances in Nepal has raised many questions.
