Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh), June 24 (). Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi reacted to the statement of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind chief Arshad Madani in which he had said that every Muslim should do Jihad.
Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi said while talking to news agency on Wednesday that Arshad Madani gave a statement on Jihad. But, he did not make it clear under what circumstances Jihad should be carried out.
Maulana said that he should also clarify whether there is a need for jihad in India? He should have made this clear. Ala Hazrat has written in his book that there is no need of Jihad in India, because it is a country of peace and faith.
He said that here people of every religion have the right to follow their traditions with complete freedom. No one stops him from doing so. There is no restriction anywhere. In such a situation, neither Jihad is necessary nor Hijrat is justified.
He said that Arshad Madani is an elderly person, he should clarify all the things in which situations Jihad is needed and in which situations it is not. There is no need for jihad in India. Jihad is not permissible in India.
Also, Maulana Saif Abbas, while reacting to Arshad Madani’s statement, said that the word Jihad is used but there are some conditions for it. Now these conditions do not apply in today’s times, because who will say what is right and what is wrong. The condition for Jihad is that the innocent Prophet and Imam will allow you to do Jihad, only then you will be able to do it. There are no innocent prophets in this era and if there are innocent Imams, they are not here. We do not have the permission to give permission to anyone for Jihad.
At the same time, BJP leader Bhola Singh also objected to Arshad Madani’s statement and called it misleading the youth. He said that such a statement is completely meaningless, which cannot be accepted at any cost. Action should be taken against such people who are trying to mislead the youth by giving them misleading information. These people should come forward and explain to the youth and show them the right path.
Also, Uttar Pradesh government minister Yogendra Upadhyay also condemned Arshad Madani’s statement. According to him, he thinks about his religion above the nation. Usually such people give such statements. Madani Saheb puts his religion above the nation, that is why he has such thinking. We all think about nation before religion and nation is foremost for us.
