New Delhi. The issue of Waqf properties is once again in discussion in the all-India political and social scenario. Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) national spokesperson Vinod Bansal has warned many parties by posting ‘X’ on December 6, the last date for uploading the details of Waqf properties on the portal. Vinod Bansal wrote in his ‘X’ post that if someone gets trapped in the affairs of Babri’s advocate, Babar, Humayun or lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Congress and Kapil Sibal, then the benefits of these Waqf properties can be lost. He said that the Supreme Court will always remain supreme and now the court has refused to even extend the time limit. He said that people’s attention should be directed in the right direction instead of provocative and destructive activities. Remaining with a fundamentalist leadership like Babar could lead to loss of properties and misdeeds becoming public.
Bansal also pointed out the significance of December 6 in his ‘X’ post. This day is the death anniversary of Dr. Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. On this occasion, everyone should respect the Waqf law made according to the principles of the Constitution. He believes that justice and peace can be maintained in the society only by following the law and constitutional process.
In the post, Vinod Bansal made it clear that uploading the details of Waqf properties on time is not only a legal obligation, but it is also a responsibility towards society and religion. He warned that if people got caught up in personal or political self-interest, properties could go out of their control and all misdeeds could become public.
Bansal gave the message to the people that instead of getting entangled in religious and historical controversies, it is better to concentrate on constitutional and legal processes. He said that instead of controversies and inflammatory speeches, following the law is the safe way to maintain stability in the society.
