In the video, an elderly woman is seen crying as someone has cut down a tree she had planted 20 years ago. The woman’s crying and her love for the tree are influencing people on social media.
Tree cut on orders of land dealer
According to reports, the incident took place in Sargondi village. It is said that the woman had nurtured the tree like her own children. She watered it daily, looked after it and spent time sitting in its shade. But one day, when he saw that the tree he had planted had been cut down, he was heartbroken. She went to the tree, held it and started crying loudly.
Villagers allege that the tree was cut on the orders of a land dealer. The merchant wanted to level the land, so he called workers to cut down the trees. When the woman came to know about this, she reached the spot crying.
The administration has started investigating the matter.

After this incident, the villagers protested and demanded action from the administration against the land dealer. The matter has now come to the notice of the administration and investigation has been started.
