Some boys are standing behind the Thar car and snatching notes. While all this is happening, the Thar car is moving slowly, sometimes stopping and sometimes moving forward. What did the police do in this case?
This incident took place in Pahasu police station area of Bulandshahr, where during a marriage procession going on in a guest house, some youths rode in a Thar car and started looting the notes. After the video went viral, the police seized the Thar car seen in the video and imposed a fine of Rs 12,000 under the Motor Vehicles Act and registered a case under relevant sections after identifying the youth. It is noteworthy that this incident took place a few steps away from the police vehicle and the looting of currency notes disrupted traffic.
