In the bullion market, the price of gold has decreased from Rs 1750 to Rs 1910 per 10 grams. Before this, gold and silver were continuously becoming expensive. Due to which market experts feared that the price of gold and silver could create problems even for the upper middle class.
After the ban on new silver ETFs, its price is continuously decreasing. At the same time, on Friday, 24 carat gold became costlier by Rs 3330 and 22 carat gold by Rs 3050 per 10 grams. Now let us tell you what the price of gold has become on Saturday. In the bullion market of Delhi, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has become Rs 131010. Whereas, the price of 22 carat is Rs 120100. In Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, on Dhanteras, the price of 24 carat gold came to Rs 130370 and the price of 22 carat gold came to Rs 119500. This is definitely going to provide great relief to those buying gold jewelery on the occasion of Dhanteras and Diwali.
Now let us also tell you the price of silver. The price of silver has fallen by about Rs 18,000 in the last three days. Earlier, the price of silver had increased by Rs 10,000 in 3 consecutive days. On Dhanteras, the price of silver in Delhi’s bullion market fell by Rs 13,000 to Rs 172,000 per kg. Silver is expensive in Chennai and the price of one kg here is Rs 1.90 lakh. Whereas, in Mumbai and Kolkata, silver is being sold at the same price as Delhi. However, after Diwali, it is the wedding season from next month. In such a situation, the prices of gold and silver are likely to increase once again.
