Now old age pension will be this much
On completion of one year of Saini government in Haryana, Chief Minister Nayab Saini gave a big gift to the elderly by increasing their pension from Rs 3,000 to Rs 3,200. The increased pension will be effective from November 1. He made this announcement at a state level function in Panchkula. Earlier, the pension was increased from Rs 2,750 to Rs 3,000 on January 1, 2024. This means that since then the pension has increased by Rs 450. Chief Minister Naib Saini said that the Haryana government has fulfilled 46 out of 217 promises made to the public before the assembly elections within a year. He claimed that work is going on on 158 promises and more than 90 promises will be fulfilled in this financial year.
Pension relief for the elderly
In the programme, the Chief Minister said that government jobs and old age pension are two important issues in Haryana. This increase in old age pension will provide special relief and financial assistance to the elderly, reduce their monthly expenses and improve their lifestyle. He further said that the government has also started issuing appointment letters to the youth. Chief Minister Saini said that Prime Minister Modi was also going to attend this program, but due to some commitments it was postponed. Prime Minister Modi will soon meet the people of Haryana. There are many big projects in Haryana, the foundation stone of which will be laid and inaugurated by him.
