Wari Energyz Limited
Domestic solar module manufacturer Wari Energy Limited has invested ₹ 300 crore in its subsidiary Wari Energy Solutions Solutions Private Limited (WESSPL). This investment has been made through the rights issue.
Birla Corp
A unit of Birla Corp, RCCPL, has been selected as a favorite bidder for Kanpa-Junapani limestone block of Telangana. This block is spread over 3.38 square kilometers in Adilabad district and proposes 87.05% revenue participation.
Piramal Enterprises Limited
Piramal Enterprises Limited has received approval from NCLT for merger with Piramal Finance. Anand Piramal will be the president of Piramal Finance, while Ajay and Swati Piramal will lead the group.
Akzo Nobel India
The promoter of Akzo Nobel India, Imperial Chemical Industries has sold its 5% stake in ₹ 765 crore through a block deal. Nippon India and WF Asian Smallor Companies Fund were its lead buyers.

Pharma company Lupine has received an initial approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the generic version of HIV medicine in its Nagpur factory.
Dalmia India
Dalmia India has confirmed that the Enforcement Directorate has temporarily seized land worth ₹ 377.26 crore under the PMLA. The company said it had not affected its operations and will take legal action.
Glenmark Pharma
A subsidiary of Glenmark Pharma has entered into a special licensing agreement with Hengrui Pharma for a new Her2-target cancer drug, Tostuzumber Restecan. IPCA Laboratories
IPCA Labs has signed a technology transfer and joint development agreement with the US biosymiller sciences for the next generation monoclonal antibody biosimiller. This product will be produced at the factory in Puerto Rico of BSS. Its first launch is proposed in 2027.

The British unit of Newgen Software has Belgian TCS NV. The five -year Master Service Agreement has been signed with. The deal includes cloud hosting, software license and implementation services. This is a completely a commercial transaction.
