Swigy
Swiggy’s board has approved the company’s 10 equity shares and 1,63,990 series D in Ropan Transportation Services (Rapido) to sell for ₹ 1,968 crore. It will be sold to the Process Group’s MIH Investments One Biwi in the Netherlands. Swiggy’s public shareholder MIH Holdings BV holds a 23.31% stake in the company by June 2025. In addition, the board has approved the sale of 35,958 series D CCPS of the company in Rapido to the Setu AIF Trust of Westbridge Capital for ₹ 431.5 crore. The board has approved the company’s Quick Commerce Business, Swiggy Instamart as a slump cell under the Instamart brand.
Exo Nobel India
According to CNBC-TV18 sources, the promoter of Exo Noble India can sell up to 5% stake in the company through Imperial Chemical Industries Block Deal. The deal can be ₹ 742.7 crore and its floor price has been fixed ₹ 3,261.8.
Bajaj Electricals
The Board of Bajaj Electricals has approved the acquisition of ‘Morof Richards’ brand and its intellectual property rights in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka for ₹ 146 crore from Glen Dimplex Group’s Glenn Electric in Ireland’s Glenn Dimplex Group.
