Lumax auto technologies share: There are many such stocks in the stock market which have given bumper returns to the investors in the long term. One such company is Lumax Auto Technologies. The shares of this company had touched the level of Rs 20 in the year 2007, which has now reached the level of Rs 1465 after 19 years. The 52-week high of the share is Rs 1,898.65. This was the share price in April 2026. If we talk about the performance of the last five years, it has given returns of around 1000% to its investors. In July 2021, this share was around ₹ 130. That means the stock has jumped almost 10 times in five years. If an investor had invested ₹ 1 lakh at that time, today his investment amount would have been around ₹ 11 lakh.

Talking about the results of Lumax Auto Technologies, the financial year 2025-26 was the best year till date. During this period, the company’s revenue increased by 34% to a record ₹ 4870 crore. Additionally, EBITDA crossed ₹700 crore for the first time at ₹705 crore while EBITDA margin was recorded at 14.5%. At the same time, profit after tax increased by 47% to a record Rs 337 crore.
The company’s sales have grown at a compound annual rate (CAGR) of 18% in the last 10 years while this rate has increased to 34% in the last five years. At the same time, sales growth in the last three years has been 38%. Passenger vehicles account for 53% of the company’s total revenue, two and three wheelers account for 24%, aftermarket business accounts for 10% and the remaining share comes from commercial vehicles. Lumax Auto Technologies has an order book of around ₹1450 crore, with strong revenues projected for the coming years.

Talking about the shareholding pattern of Lumax Auto Technologies, the promoters hold 55.98 percent stake. This is equivalent to 3,81,54,430 shares. Apart from this, public shareholders hold 44.02 percent stake. This is equivalent to 3,00,03,275 shares. Insurance company SBI Life Insurance holds 1.06 per cent stake or 7,25,000 shares.
It is included among the major auto component manufacturing companies of the country. The company manufactures plastic parts, lighting systems, mechanical and electronic components for cars, bikes and three-wheelers. Its customers are the country’s big auto companies like Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors and Bajaj Auto.
