A meeting was held with all the deputed magistrates, police officers and center superintendents in the collectorate hall regarding the conduct of the 67th Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission. In-charge DM cum ADM Jyoti Kumar presided over the meeting. In the meeting, necessary instructions were given to all to conduct the examination malpractice free and peacefully. It was told that 2 zonal and 60 static magistrates have been made regarding law and order. The entire charge for all the examination centers has been given to the ADM, while the responsibility for law and order has been given to the Sub-Divisional Officer and the Sub-Divisional Police Officer. DPRO Vidur Bharti informed that 3500 candidates will appear in the Bihar Public Service Commission examination held on Sunday. For malpractice free examination conduct, 7 examination centers have been set up in the district. 300 in Inter Level Girls High School Arwal, 300 in GA High School Arwal, 500 in High School Umairabad, 500 in High School Etwa, 800 in Godani Singh College, 800 in Fatehpur Sanda College and 300 in Pois Mission School. Section 144 will be applicable near the centers
Do not keep any mobile, computer or other electronic gadget of any kind with you. It is forbidden to keep mobiles in the examination center except the center superintendent. Prohibitory orders under section 144 will be in force at the examination centers from a day before the commencement of the examination till the day of examination for 500 yards all around. In view of the jam and crowd, the students should reach the center before time. A district control room has also been set up for this.
Admission will be given after thorough investigation
The two-hour examination will start from 12 noon in a single shift. One hour before the commencement of the examination i.e. from 11 o’clock onwards, entry will be given in the examination center. Candidates will not be allowed inside under any circumstances after the commencement of the examination.
