JPSC FRO Main Exam 2024: Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released important information regarding Forest Field Officer (FRO) Main (Written) Competitive Examination 2024.
This examination will be conducted on 22 January 2026 and 24 January 2026 at various examination centers in Ranchi district. The Commission has given complete information about timings, shifts and necessary instructions for the candidates appearing in the examination.
Papers for three subjects will be held on January 22.
The examination will be held in two shifts on January 22, 2026.
The first shift will be conducted from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm, in which questions will be asked from General Hindi and General English.
The second shift will be from 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm, in which the General Studies paper will be taken.
Optional subject exam on 24th January
On January 24, 2026 also, the examination will be conducted in two shifts.
The first shift will be from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm for optional subject Paper-I.
The second shift will run from 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm, in which the examination of optional subject Paper-II will be conducted.
Admit Card and Important Instructions
The Commission has made it clear that the candidates will have to download their admit card from the official website of the Commission www.jpsc.gov.in only. Admit cards will not be sent by post.
There will be arrangements for biometric and iris testing at the examination centre, hence it is important for all the candidates to reach the center on time.
Which documents are necessary to bring
It is mandatory to bring admit card, attendance sheet, four passport size photographs and a valid identity card to the examination centre.
In case of any mistake, candidates can contact Jharkhand Public Service Commission in time. The Commission has appealed to all the students to follow the rules related to the examination.
