Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for registration in the July 2025 season. Candidates who have not yet applied for undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate or diploma courses can now register online through IGNOU’s official website ignouadmission.samartha.edu.in. According to the official notification, candidates can register by September 15, 2025. Let us tell you, the last date for registration was fixed on 31 August, 2025.

If you want to apply for a course like graduation, postgraduate, certificate or diploma in IGNOU, then you can follow the stages mentioned here to apply.
To register in IGNOU for the July 2025 session, first go to the official website ignouadmission.samartha.edu.in.
After this, click on the link of your favorite course on the homepage of the website.
Now click on the New Registration Link and enter personal details.
Pay the prescribed examination fee by entering the required information. Read the information filled in it carefully before submitting the form.
Now in the end take its print out.
Mandatory to create a deb
To apply in various courses in IGNOU, it is mandatory for candidates to make DEB ID. Please note, no registration will be accepted by IGNOU without DEB ID. Therefore, all the candidates are advised to make a DEB ID before registration.
