Sandipan was arrested on Wednesday morning on the charge that when Zubeen Garg died, he was on the spot. Sandipan Garg was questioned by SIT officials of Assam Police earlier in the case of Zubeen Garg’s death. Zubeen, who was swimming during the party at a yacht in Singapore, died on 19 September 2025.
