Bollywood actor Salman Khan seems to be in trouble. In the case of alleged misbehavior with a journalist, the court has summoned him and asked him to appear before the court on April 5. A case has been registered against Salman under sections 504 and 506 of the IPC.
According to the news agency ANI, the matter is of the year 2019. A journalist named Ashok Pandey had filed a case against Salman Khan accusing him of misbehavior. Hearing the same case, the Andheri Magistrate Court in Mumbai has issued summons against Salman.
Let us tell you that this is not the first time that Salman Khan is in controversies and the matter has reached the court. He also had to make rounds of the court in the famous 1998 black buck poaching case. Two days ago, in the same case, he got a big relief from the court.
The Rajasthan High Court had accepted the petition of Salman Khan, in which three cases related to the blackbuck poaching case were sought to be heard in the High Court instead of in the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court. Now these cases will be heard in the High Court. During the hearing on this petition of Salman, his sister Alvira was also present in the court.
Let us tell you that Salman Khan was sentenced to 5 years in jail by the CJM court in the blackbuck poaching case. Whereas Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Neelam, and Dushyant Singh were acquitted in the same case. Later Salman challenged this decision in the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court. On the other hand, the Rajasthan government had also appealed against the acquittal of the accused other than Salman in the High Court, where the matter is still pending.
