Keeping this in mind, the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India makes people aware about the various activities of Yoga and Pranayam and tells them about their correct method and benefits. One of them is Purna Bhujangasana.

The Ministry of AYUSH says that Purna Bhujangasana not only makes your spine flexible, but is also extremely beneficial for your lungs and heart. So make it a part of your lifestyle today.

While explaining the benefits of doing it daily, the Ministry has also told about all its methods, according to which, to do Purna Bhujangasana, first of all come into Bhujangasana and breathe normally.

After this, bend your knees and raise your toes. Then pull the head, neck and shoulders back. After this try to touch the head with the feet (soles). Yashashakti Stop, then come back slowly. After this, lie down comfortably and let breathing and heart rate return to normal.

The best time to do Purna Bhujangasana is in the morning on an empty stomach during Brahmamuhurta, but it can also be done in the evening, 4-5 hours after food. By doing this activity regularly every day, the spine becomes strong. Along with this, belly fat decreases and the respiratory system also improves.

Doing Purna Bhujangasana improves digestion and also provides relief from back pain. Along with this, it removes stress and fatigue and improves blood flow in the entire body. However, in the initial days, Purna Bhujangasana should be done slowly and under the supervision of an expert, because doing it wrongly can lead to injury.
