कई बीमारियों की जड़ है कब्ज, आंतों में पनप रहे गंदे बैक्टीरिया से ऐसे पाएं छुटकारा

New Delhi, December 20 (IANS). Piles is a health problem which causes immense pain. In Ayurveda it is called ‘Arsh Rog’. It is caused by swelling in the veins of the anus or rectum. Most people hide it due to shame, due to which the problem increases and sometimes even leads to surgery.

Piles patients have to go through a lot of pain and suffering. It is difficult for them to sit as well as walk. In such a situation, it can be easily avoided by recognizing the initial symptoms and taking precautions.

Piles are mainly of two types: internal piles and external piles. Internal piles occur inside the rectum, which do not cause pain in the beginning. Its symptoms are bleeding during defecation, feeling of stool not being clean and the wart coming out later. At the same time, external piles occur outside the anus, in which lump or swelling near the anus, pain while sitting or walking, itching and burning sensation are the main symptoms. Sometimes blood may also come out.

The main causes of piles include prolonged constipation, excessive strain during defecation, drinking less water, fiber deficient food, eating too much spicy-fried food, sitting for a long time, obesity and pregnancy.

According to Ayurveda, it occurs due to imbalance of doshas, Mandagni and disorder of Vayu. Wrong diet further increases this.

Ayurvedacharya explains that prevention from piles is very important. In such a situation, never ignore the initial symptoms of piles, such as slight burning sensation during defecation, drops of blood, heaviness in the anal area, itching or discomfort. If you pay attention to these signs in time, the problem can be easily controlled. Delay increases pain, bleeding, and complications.

Ayurvedacharya says that piles are not a disease of shame, but a lifestyle related problem. In such a situation, awareness is the first cure. Piles can be prevented by taking precautions and adopting a proper and balanced diet.
