Filmmaker-writer Tahira Kashyap considers art therapy as the best therapy. Tahira wrote a long caption along with the video on the social media platform and told how coloring without thinking, with eyes closed or coloring quickly gives amazing peace and happiness to the mind.
Tahira writes, “I am very satisfied with art therapy. Whatever you are thinking in your mind, it automatically appears in your art. Just make black outlines, then fill in whatever colors you feel like, bright colors, stripes, dots, shapes or light colors, anything. Sometimes draw with your eyes closed, sometimes draw. Go with the flow, do not think at all. This is the most beautiful art and this is the best therapy.”
Looking at his painting he said that what we feel inside automatically emerges on paper. Tahira wrote, “It looks like Myron’s anatomy to me, especially the stomach part. We are taking out our inner feelings.” Tahira believes that a good artist is not the one who makes it perfect, but the one who makes it from the heart and without fear.
