Everyone wants glowing and immaculate skin, but the use of growing pollution, changing lifestyle and chemical-filled products gradually eliminates the natural glow of the skin. There is a miraculous plant in Ayurveda that can help back the lost skin. In Ayurveda, Giloy is considered a boon for the skin, which is called ‘Amrita’ in Sanskrit.
Giloy is used in the treatment of many diseases in Ayurveda, but its use is not only for health, but is also very beneficial in enhancing the beauty of the skin.
Scientific research also confirms that Giloy has antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, which cleanse the skin and improve it.
Consumption of Giloy is not only beneficial, but it is also very effective to apply it on the face.
If your skin is withering, there are stains on the face or the pimples come out again and again, then the easiest way for this is to prepare a paste by mixing Giloy powder with raw milk and apply it on the face and neck.
By doing this, the skin color starts to glow in a few days. The lactic acid present in milk soft the skin and the medicinal strength of Giloy cures it from within.
If your skin is sensitive, then mix rose water in Giloy powder and apply face pack. This gives coolness to the skin and the stains are also mild.
Grind Giloy’s soft wood with water and applying it on the face also gives tremendous benefits. In olden times, women used to rub Giloy wood on the silbatta and put it on the face. If you also do this, then it removes dirt and bacteria from the skin, as well as rash or itching gradually cures.
Apart from this, apply aloe vera gel in Giloy’s fresh stem paste by mixing the skin very quickly or repeatedly pimples. Aloe vera gives the skin cool and moisture, while Giloy protects the skin from infection.
