Cholesterol can be balanced without taking medicine, you just have to follow these tips

New Delhi, March 28 (IANS). In today’s modern lifestyle, physical activity has reduced significantly, because most people work sitting at one place all day long. Because of this the body gradually becomes vulnerable to many diseases. Especially increasing cholesterol has become a major health problem today.

After the age of 30, cases of liver related problems and increase in cholesterol are increasingly coming to light among the youth. Usually doctors give medicines for this, which help in thinning the blood. Many natural and effective remedies have been suggested in Ayurveda to control this problem, which can be helpful in improving health even without much medicine.

Increasing cholesterol invites many diseases in the body. This increases the risk of stroke and heart attack. Generally, few symptoms are seen when cholesterol increases. When cholesterol increases, the problem of spots on eyelids, chest pain, difficulty in breathing, excessive fatigue and leg cramps increases. At the same time, many measures have been suggested in Ayurveda to reduce cholesterol in the initial stage, which can be included in the daily routine to reduce bad cholesterol.

Start your morning with fenugreek water. Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and also add a clove of garlic in it. By filtering this water and drinking it, the cholesterol accumulated in the blood gradually starts reducing and the process of making cholesterol also slows down. If desired, roasted garlic can also be eaten in the morning.

Consuming oats in breakfast will also be beneficial. Beta-glucan present in oats and Omega-3 of flaxseed prove beneficial in reducing cholesterol. It also reduces the pressure on the heart and helps in eliminating bad cholesterol. Include kidney beans and pulses in your diet. Kidney beans contain plant protein and fiber, which prevent cholesterol absorption and also increase heart function. Along with this, avoid refined oil from your diet. This is the biggest reason for increase in cholesterol.
