New Delhi, 6 October (IANS). Eyebrows are very important in facial beauty. A good shape and right -emergent eyebrows not only enhance the facial texture, but also make your smiles and expressions special. However, many people have eyebrows flat, which also affects their look. In such a situation, it can be important to improve and strengthen the eyebrows in a natural way.

According to scientific studies, regular exercise of muscles around the eyebrows improves their natural shape and bulge. In addition, increasing the activation of the facial muscles improves blood circulation, which also promotes hair growth.

If the emphasis is placed on raising the eyebrows by putting light pressure on the forehead, then research suggests that such muscles activate strengthens the forehead muscles, which reduces wrinkles and increases the height of eyebrows. Keeping the eyebrows up for 2 to 4 seconds produces stretch in muscles, which is necessary for their strength.

At the same time, the process of keeping the index fingers of both hands between the eyebrows and pressing the bottom part to the edges of the eyebrows also nourishes that place. Scientific studies have shown that it not only strengthens muscles, but also improves blood circulation of the surrounding skin. Better blood circulation nourishes eyebrows hair, which makes hair thick and strong. Also, it helps in repairing skin cells, which improves skin quality.

In addition, by taking a light massage by moving the fingers between the eyebrows upwards, the facial muscles get stretch and relax. This stretching increases the flexibility of facial muscles and reduces the stress of muscles. According to scientists, improving the flexibility of muscles makes the size of eyebrows more attractive and their natural bulge is better. By regularizing this exercise, along with improvement in facial muscles, the skin tone also enhances.
