New Delhi, November 17 (IANS). Union Labor and Employment Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya on Monday described the International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 as an important platform in India’s development journey.
Speaking at the inauguration of the EPFO Pavilion at IITF 2025, Union Minister Mandaviya said that EPFO’s entry into IITF this year reflects a refreshed and modern identity of the organization, which is a symbol of transparency, efficiency and large scale service delivery.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) organized its state-of-the-art pavilion for the first time at IITF 2025 held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Union Minister Mandaviya said on the occasion that EPFO has been working as a pillar of financial security for crores of employees across the country for a long time. Over the years, organizations have transformed from manual processes to seamless digital platforms, ensuring that provident fund services reach every employee whether formal or gig, urban or rural, with equal speed and respect.
He said that in the last few years, EPFO has taken several important steps to strengthen its digital ecosystem. These initiatives include upgraded unified portal, revamped EPFO website, simplified claims process, real-time grievance redressal, paperless onboarding and doorstep support with digital life certificate, which have improved the citizen experience.
According to Union Minister Mandaviya, this pavilion is not only about showcasing the services but also reflects EPFO’s commitment to becoming future-ready, member-centric and technology driven.
He said that this pavilion showcases how digital public services empower individuals, support enterprises and strengthen trust between institutions and citizens.
The Union Minister invited visitors, employees and young citizens to visit the pavilion to understand the importance of social security.
