New Delhi, October 15 (IANS). The uterus of women is very delicate and helps the entire body function properly. Important functions like menstruation, production of estrogen and progesterone hormones in the right amount, and formation of lining for pregnancy are associated with the uterus.

Now more cases of fibroids in the uterus are being reported and in such a situation it becomes very important to take care of the uterus.

Fibroids can occur in any part of the uterus. These can be in the wall of the uterus, the inner layer of the uterus, and also outside the uterus. Although fibroids are non-cancerous lumps that go away on their own after a few months, there is a danger if the lump starts growing. For this, doctors first give some medicines but when the size of the lump becomes large, they advise to remove it. Due to fibroid problem, a woman has to face many problems. There is a change in menstruation, the problem of stomach pain persists, digestive power becomes weak, due to which constipation occurs, and there is also difficulty in conceiving.

Many such herbs have been mentioned in Ayurveda which can provide relief from the pain of fibroids. Use of Kanchnar Guggulu provides relief in fibroids. It balances hormones and also prevents the growth of lumps. It can also be taken in powder or tablet form. Shatavari and Triphala powders are useful in many problems related to uterus. Both of these regulate menstruation and thicken the inner layer of the uterus, which makes pregnancy easier.

Shatavari can be taken with milk at night and Triphala powder can be taken with water in the morning on an empty stomach. Ashoka extract also provides relief from fibroid pain. By consuming it, menstruation occurs on time and the risk of lump formation in the uterus is reduced. Apart from this, turmeric also works in this. Turmeric can also be consumed with milk or in the form of decoction. Turmeric will reduce the swelling of the uterus and will also be helpful in the formation of layers in the uterus that are formed every month.

To avoid fibroids, lifestyle also needs to be improved. For this, do yoga daily. Pelvic floor exercises can be done, which include Kegel, Bridge, Pelvic Tilt, Badhkon Asana, and Butterfly Asana. All these exercises will reduce the contraction of the uterus and blood circulation will occur properly.
