Mumbai, February 17 (IANS). Actress Bhagyashree is very active regarding healthy diet and fitness. She often posts videos related to this, so that her fans can also be inspired to lead a healthy lifestyle. On Tuesday, he gave a special health tip, whose name is ‘Magic Water’.
The actress posted a video on Instagram, in which she described an easy and beneficial drink. Also, tell the benefits of drinking it. The actress said that drinking it helps in glowing skin, strong immunity and weight loss.
She tells that it can be made with some ingredients easily available in the kitchen. To make this magic water, take cinnamon (cinnamon), cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, mint and star anise. Put all these in lukewarm water and keep them soaked for about 8 hours. Drink this water after waking up in the morning.
The actress has also explained the benefits of all these ingredients. She says, “Cinnamon and cloves help in boosting immunity, which keeps diseases away. At the same time, mint and cardamom cool the body and improve digestion. Bay leaf and star anise help in removing toxins from the body and reduce inflammation. Overall, this water improves the internal health, due to which the skin looks shiny and fresh from outside as well.
Bhagyashree wrote, “Magic water. Simple things in your kitchen can change your body. Try this simple method and tell which one worked for you. Soak it in lukewarm water. Follow it regularly for 2 weeks and see the change.”
Bhagyashree belongs to the royal family. His father Vijay Singh Rao Madhavrao was the king of Sangli. The actress started her career in 1989 with the film ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’. After this she worked in some films and later took a break from the entertainment world after marrying Himalaya Dasani.
