Salty or salty things: In Ayurveda, milk and salt are considered enemies of each other. According to Ayurveda, salt makes milk toxic and it dissolves in the body and gives rise to skin diseases. Therefore, salty things should not be eaten with milk or immediately after having dinner. On the other hand, if you have eaten salt, then after about 2 hours consume milk.
urad dal: According to health experts, one should avoid consuming urad dal with milk, if salt or acidic ingredients are mixed with it, then milk should not be drunk at all. Apart from this, milk should not be drunk after eating sour things or sour fruits.
Do not take milk with meat and curd: Those who consume milk after eating fish need to be careful, as there is a possibility of food poisoning due to this. Similarly, drinking milk after consuming curd is considered taboo. According to Ayurveda, consuming milk immediately after eating curd can cause disturbances in digestion. The body does not get the nutrients of milk.
According to research, drinking a glass of warm milk at night leads to good sleep. Actually, an amino acid called tryptophan present in milk helps in increasing the level of sleep hormone. This hormone helps to calm the mind and induce sleep. Apart from this, the protein, lactium present in it also helps in reducing the level of cortisol along with relaxing the muscles by reducing stress and blood pressure.
According to Ayurveda, it is forbidden to eat many fruits with milk. People who eat milk and bananas should especially stop eating this. Since Ayurveda says that eating banana with milk can be toxic to the body, due to which many functions of the body get disrupted. Apart from this, according to Ayurveda, taking banana and milk can cause heaviness in the body and slow down the activity of the brain, which is not at all good for the child.
