Heart is giving danger signals, do not ignore these symptoms even by mistake

New Delhi, April 23 (IANS). In today’s busy life, people are unable to pay attention to their health. Especially heart related problems are ignored considering them as normal fatigue or weakness. Such a habit can prove dangerous for the body.

According to medical science, the heart works to supply oxygen and essential nutrition to the entire body. When the heart does not function properly, the body starts giving many small signals. If these signs are understood in time, serious illness can be avoided.

According to experts, if a person starts feeling short of breath even while doing minor work, it could be a sign of increasing pressure on the heart. Many times people consider shortness of breath while climbing stairs or walking fast to be an effect of age or weakness. but it’s not like that. When the heart is unable to deliver sufficient blood and oxygen to the body, the lungs are affected and breathing becomes difficult.

If this problem is happening again and again, it is important to get checked by a doctor. Regular exercise, keeping your weight under control and avoiding smoking can help keep your heart healthy.

Swelling in the lower part of the body, especially in the feet and ankles, can also be a sign of heart weakness. Doctors say that when the heart is unable to pump blood properly, fluids start accumulating in the body. Its effect may be visible in the form of swelling in the feet. Many people consider it to be the effect of standing for a long time or fatigue, but persistent swelling can be a matter of concern. In such a situation, it is considered important to reduce salt intake, keep the body active and seek medical advice on time.

Feeling pressure, burning or heaviness in the chest is also considered a big sign of a heart-related problem. According to medical research, when the arteries that supply blood to the heart get blocked, pain or pressure can be felt in the chest. This pain can sometimes spread to the shoulders, arms, neck or back. Many people ignore it considering it to be gas or normal pain, but doctors say that it can also be an early sign of a heart attack.

If a person starts feeling dizzy again and again or suddenly feels weak, then this too should not be ignored considering it as a normal problem. If the heart starts becoming weak, the body does not get the right amount of energy. Its effect is visible in the form of constant fatigue, weakness and lethargy. If fatigue does not go away even after taking rest, it should be taken seriously.
