New Delhi, June 11 (IANS). A major achievement has emerged in the combination of health care and modern technology. Hyderabad-based breast disease specialist Dr P Raghuram has created a new Guinness World Record by creating the world’s largest audience through an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based interactive hologram health awareness lecture.
This achievement is his third Guinness World Record in the last 15 months, which is considered an important and rare achievement in the field of public health education. The program was organized at KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad, in which an effort was made to spread health awareness through AI technology.
Dr. Raghu Ram expressed happiness over this achievement and said that this is an important moment in his career. He told that through AI based holographic breast health education, he has created a historical record. This initiative has been taken forward in collaboration with Usha Lakshmi Breast Cancer Foundation and KIMS-Usha Lakshmi Center for Breast Diseases.
On this occasion, he also launched a new initiative to increase breast health awareness across the country, which has been named NARI (National Awareness and Resource Initiative for Breast Health). Its objective is to increase awareness about breast health among women and encourage timely checkups.
During the program, Dr. Raghu Ram also gave important information related to breast health to the common people. He told that fibroadenoma is a common and non-cancerous lump in the breast, which is mostly found in young women. It is usually painless and feels like it can move easily.
He also clarified that in most cases, fibroadenoma does not require surgery. It can be managed only with regular checkups and monitoring. However, in severe or complex cases, doctors may recommend treatment or surgery.
Experts believe that this effort to take health education to a new level through AI technology can bring a big change in the field of medical awareness in India. This initiative will play an important role in promoting understanding and timely check-ups, especially towards women’s health.
