New Delhi, 14 September (IANS). Today most people are struggling with their becoming weak. Sometimes we forget even small tasks, such as where the glasses are kept or when someone’s birthday comes. This problem has become common from children to elders. More use of things like deteriorating lifestyle, stress and mobile-TV is weakening our brain.

In such a situation, it is very important to maintain mental health so that children can focus on their studies and big work. Along with this, memory should also remain fast.

According to the Ministry of AYUSH, Yogasan is the easiest and effective way to increase memory. Yoga not only makes the body strong, but also makes the brain sharp and healthy.

Many scientific researches have shown that doing yoga increases blood flow to the brain, which gives more oxygen and nutrition to the brain. This makes the brain cells more active and improves memory. At the same time yoga reduces stress, which is a major reason for weakening memory.

Padmasana is quite useful for increasing memory. This asana provides relief to the brain and increases concentration. When we meditate in the posture of Padmasana, our mind is calm and we are able to remember things in a better way. This yogasan is especially good for the students, because it makes them easier to focus on their studies.

Trigonasana makes the body flexible and increases blood flow to the brain. By doing this asana, our brain gets more oxygen, which keeps our brain refreshed and increases the power to think and understand. When the mind is healthy, we are better to learn and remember new things. Also, this yogasan reduces stress, which has a positive effect on memory.

Bhujangasana makes the spinal cord strong and gives energy to the brain. Also intensifies memory. This makes our brain more active and we can easily focus on studies or work.

By performing Shavasan, our mind calms down and reduces stress. When the mind is calm, the mind works better and things are remembered more well. This yogasan is very beneficial for both children and the elderly.
