In Ayurveda it is called ‘Raktadusha’. If the blood gets contaminated then every part of the body will be affected. In such a situation, it is very important to keep the blood pure. We have brought for you information about such indigenous things present in your kitchen, which will help in purifying the blood.
It is winter season and Amla is easily available in the market. Amla has blood purifying properties. For this, Amla can be eaten on an empty stomach in the morning or its powder can be made and taken with lukewarm water. Apart from this, Tulsi is present in every house. Basil has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, which purify the blood as well as increase immunity. For this you can take tea or decoction of basil.
Neem is a common tree, which is found anywhere. Its leaves and teeth are beneficial, which cleanses both the body and blood. To consume it, some neem leaves can be chewed on an empty stomach in the morning.
Turmeric is also present in every kitchen and is consumed daily, but turmeric not only helps in healing wounds but also helps in purifying the blood. Turmeric contains curcumin, which removes toxic substances from the body.
Manjishtha is a medicine which is easily available. Its root is called a blood purifier, which purifies the blood and improves the skin. Manjistha is also used for good and shiny hair.
Apart from this, Triphala powder is also beneficial. Triphala powder contains a mixture of three things, which include Amla, Haran and Baheda. These powders clean the intestines and destroy toxic substances present in the stomach. By taking it the digestive power also increases and the food gets digested properly and gets into the blood.
Everyone knows about Chiraita, its tonic and powder are easily available in the market. It is bitter and astringent in taste, but is excellent for blood purification. Apart from this, Giloy, carrot juice, beetroot juice and jaggery can also be used.
