Is your body also giving these signals? There may be a connection with the liver, take precautions like this

New Delhi, May 13 (IANS). In today’s busy life, many people keep feeling tired, low energy and weakness throughout the day. These are ignored as normal fatigue, but health experts advise not to ignore them.

According to the National Health Mission (NHM), it can also be a sign of liver problem. Liver is our body’s natural detox system, which removes harmful substances from the body and keeps us healthy and full of energy. When the liver does not function properly, symptoms like fatigue, weakness and lack of energy start appearing.

If the liver is healthy then the whole body will be healthy. Doctors suggest that if fatigue persists then get a blood test done and liver function checked. By changing small habits in time, you can avoid liver related problems.

Liver performs many important functions in the body. It helps in digesting food, stores nutrients, removes toxins from the body and also keeps immunity strong. When there is extra burden on the liver, its efficiency decreases, due to which the entire body feels tired. In such a situation, health experts say that if you feel tired as soon as you wake up in the morning, feel short of breath even while doing small tasks or have low energy repeatedly during the day, then do not take it lightly. This could be an early sign of liver related problems.

Experts suggest easy solutions to keep the liver healthy – To keep the liver healthy, take a balanced and nutritious diet, eat more green vegetables, fruits, whole grains and pulses. Avoid sugar, flour and processed foods. Drink enough water, drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water daily is very important for the liver. It helps in removing toxins from the body. Along with this, do regular exercise, 30-45 minutes of walking, yoga or any exercise daily keeps the liver active.

Also, stay away from junk food and drugs, consumption of fast food, fried food and alcohol is very harmful for the liver. Avoid these completely. Also adopt healthy habits like sleeping early at night and waking up early in the morning. Practice meditation and pranayam to reduce stress.
