New Delhi, April 11 (IANS). In today’s lifestyle where there is no time left for food and health, it is common to have stomach related problems.
Slow movement of the stomach causes many diseases in the body and frequent stomach pain, gas formation, constipation become everyday problems, but the solution to every stomach related problem is hidden in Ayurveda. In such a situation, Ayurveda recommends Laghu Sutshekhar Ras, but only after consulting the doctor.
Laghu Sutshekhar Ras is the most beneficial herb of Ayurveda, which is available in the market in the form of both powder and vati. It is made by mixing mercury, sulfur, ash, camphor, cinnamon, cardamom, Nagkesar, dry ginger and juice of betel leaves. Since so many herbs are included, it is very important to recommend their consumption. In Ayurveda, increase in bile is considered to be the biggest reason behind stomach related diseases. When bile is produced in excess in the body, problems ranging from headache to stomach pain start increasing.
The main function of Laghu Sutshekhar Ras is to calm down the bile. Consumption of Laghu Sutshekhar Ras provides relief from acidity, improves gas and indigestion, also provides relief from migraine and headache, reduces the problem of vomiting or nausea and also reduces the process of acid formation in the stomach.
Along with consuming Laghu Sutshekhar Ras, it is also important to make changes in lifestyle. Eat less spicy, oily and fatty foods in your diet. This can increase burning sensation and acid in the stomach. Avoid consuming tea and coffee on an empty stomach. Tea on an empty stomach harms the stomach, causing irritation and increased acidity.
If you eat late at night, this habit can also harm both the stomach and body. Due to this both sleep and digestion are affected. Due to eating food late at night, the body stops its repair work and gets busy in digestion, due to which sleep is difficult and the whole body feels heavy. Another thing to keep in mind is that do not use it without doctor’s advice. Pregnant women and children should also avoid consumption without advice.
