New Delhi, 5 October (IANS). In today’s time, everyone wants to move beyond each other and make progress, which requires strong body and mind. Strong memory plays an important role in our success, but if you are struggling with the problem of forgetting things in a run -of -the -mill life, then it is very important to include some important things in your diet.

Our brain is made up of up to 60 percent of fat, one of which is omega-3 fatty acids. It is a nutrient that not only gives strength to brain cells, but also intensifies the process of delivering information in them and joining each other.

Scientific research also proves that people who eat omega-3 things are better. With this, people are able to handle stress better and also avoid brain weakness with aging. Some things are rich in omega-3.

Walnuts: It is like a brain in appearance. It contains plenty of omega-3, which strengthens the brain cells and improves their functionality. The antioxidants and vitamin E present in walnuts keep the nerve system active, which increases the strength to think and understand. Eating 2-3 walnuts daily not only improves memory, but the mind remains active and healthy for a long time.

Linseed seeds: These small seeds may look modest, but the treasure of nutrition is hidden inside them. It is the best source of omega-3. The alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) present in these maintains flexibility in the brain cells and helps to form a new neuron connection. You can easily include it in your food. It increases the focus and also reduces mental exhaustion.

Chia Seeds: These seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and protein. Chia seeds reduce inflammation in the brain, which makes the brain more calm and balanced. When there is no swelling in the brain, it can think better. Can work for a long time and can also withstand stress better. You can soak it overnight and eat it with oats or milk shake in the morning.

Soybean: It is considered a better option of omega-3. Soybean contains not only omega-3, but also protein and lecithin, which make brain cells strong. Tofu, also called Soya Paneer, helps maintain brain energy and increases the power of thinking. It is beneficial for everyone from children to elders, especially for those who are pure vegetarian.
