New Delhi, July 18 (IANS). On Saturday, the Ministry of AYUSH shared information regarding the practice of traditional treatment method Gandusha to maintain good oral health.
“Start your day with Gandusha, an age-old Ayurvedic oral care practice that helps in overall oral health,” the Ministry of AYUSH wrote in a post on social media platform ‘X’.
The ministry wrote, “As part of a healthy routine, this traditional mouth rinse helps curb excessive thirst, improve taste perception and maintain natural oral hygiene. Adopt this simple daily habit and experience the benefits of Ayurveda. Adopt one mindful habit at a time.”
The Ministry of AYUSH had shared information about Ardhachakrasana last Friday. “Ardhachakrasana (Half Wheel Pose) helps in improving spinal flexibility, strengthening back muscles and better posture. Regular practice, when done correctly under the right guidance, can also help in the management of cervical spondylosis,” the ‘X’ post from the Ministry of AYUSH read.
Yesterday, the Ministry of AYUSH had shared a post about a balanced lifestyle from becoming a woman to becoming a mother. It was written by the Ministry, “Adopting a balanced lifestyle from becoming a woman to becoming a mother is very important for the health of both the mother and the child. Complete rest, good cleanliness, regular physical activity and timely antenatal check-ups help in a healthy pregnancy and a good experience of childbirth.
The Ministry of AYUSH further wrote, “Small, mindful habits today can help create a healthy tomorrow for you and your child.”
