New Delhi, April 16 (IANS). The first effect of every season is on the skin and hair. After the changing seasons, the way of taking care of hair also changes. It becomes more important to take care of hair in summer, because sweat and dryness weaken the hair from the roots and then the hair starts falling rapidly. In such a situation, onion and amla can become the support for your falling hair.
Hair fall has become a common problem nowadays. Poor lifestyle and lack of nutrition are also behind this. To stop hair fall, we resort to expensive products available in the market, which give permanent results, but onion and amla present in our kitchen together can give new life to the hair.
Onion juice increases blood circulation in the hair roots and Amla deeply nourishes the hair. The mixture of both strengthens the scalp. It is helpful in reducing hair fall. Supports hair growth. The problem of dandruff has gone away.
For this, mix Amla juice and onion juice in equal quantity and apply it till the roots of the hair with your hands. If itching or pricking is felt after applying it, wash the hair immediately. Not everyone has normal skin. Being more sensitive, onion juice can cause prickling sensation in the hair. After applying this mixture, keep it on the hair for at least half an hour and wash thoroughly with lukewarm water and shampoo.
Apply this mixture twice a week. After washing hair, apply serum. In summer, moisture disappears after washing hair. If there is no serum, then apply a mixture of curd and aloe vera on the hair once a week. This will help in making hair shiny and will also reduce dryness.
The thing to keep in mind is that the mixture should be applied on clean scalp. Secondly, avoid exposure to sunlight after applying the mixture. There may be a prick in the head due to exposure to sunlight.
