New Delhi, March 19 (IANS). Changing weather affects the body the most. If the body’s immunity is not strong, the body becomes victim of many diseases.

Many people complain of pain in feet, cold feet and pain in calves in every season. In such a situation, one faces difficulties in walking properly and sleeping, but do you know why this happens.

There can be many reasons behind the problem of pain in the feet, cold feet and pain in the calves. This can be the cause of deficiency of nutritional elements, lack of proper blood circulation, deficiency of vitamins, excessive pressure on the nerves and weakness. In Ayurveda, this problem can be reduced to a great extent with simple home remedies, proper diet and light exercise. For this, soak your feet in hot water daily. For this, mix turmeric and salt in hot water and soak your calves in water for a few minutes.

This will improve blood circulation, provide relief to the nerves of the legs, reduce fatigue and also provide good sleep at night. After this, immediately massage the calves and feet gently with lukewarm mint oil. This reduces the excessive pressure on the nerves.

Doing some light exercise will also provide relief from leg pain. For this, sitting on a chair, lift one leg in the air and also lift the neck upwards in the hand. Slowly lower the legs and then slowly lower the neck. Also, do Viparita Karana Asana. This will improve blood circulation in the legs and also reduce the problem of vein blockage.

Apart from exercise, it is also important to change the diet. Include Vitamin-1 rich foods in your diet. Along with this, drink plenty of water to keep the body hydrated.
