Pithoragarh, May 8 (IANS). After concluding the district tour program, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited B.D. in Pithoragarh. Pandey reached the district hospital and inspected the health arrangements of the hospital. During this, the Chief Minister visited the emergency and children’s wards and met the admitted patients and their families and wished for the speedy recovery of the patients.
Taking information about the medical facilities available in the hospital, the Chief Minister directed the officials to provide better treatment, medicines and necessary facilities to the patients on time. He said that the state government is continuously working to provide quality health services to the people of the state and no patient will be allowed to suffer due to lack of treatment.
While assuring the family members of the patients, Chief Minister Dhami said that if any kind of problem arises, they can directly convey their views to the government through District Magistrate Ashish Kumar Bhatgani. Due to the cordial behavior and sensitivity of the Chief Minister, a feeling of trust and satisfaction was seen among the patients and their families present in the hospital.

The Chief Minister directed the officials to ensure cleanliness, better management and sensitive health services to the hospital administration as well as to strengthen all necessary arrangements for the convenience of patients and attendants, so that health services can become more effective in the public interest.
Earlier, Chief Minister Dhami inspected the new sports facilities developed at Surendra Valdiya Sports Stadium in Pithoragarh and took stock of the arrangements. During this, information was taken about the resources available in the stadium, the progress of training of players and sports activities.
During the inspection, Union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways Ajay Tamta, Hemraj Bisht, Chief Development Officer Dr. Deepak Saini, Chief Medical Officer Dr. S.S. Nabiyal and others were present.
