The event was enthusiastically participated by community members, yoga practitioners and experts from the health sector. The program included thematic sessions on integrating Ayurvedic principles, classical yogic practices, pranayam, relaxation techniques and meditation-based measures for health and well-being during menopause.

The session highlighted menopause as a natural state that involves hormonal, emotional and metabolic changes. The session explained how yoga can help in physical relaxation, emotional balance, reducing stress, better sleep and enhancing quality of life.

Participants were introduced to gentle yoga traditions including Tadasana, Baddha Konasana, Balasana, Setu Bandhasana, Viparita Karani and Shavasana, as well as pranayama techniques such as Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari, which are known to aid in balancing the nervous system and mental well-being.
