Prevention from dengue is very important, relief can be found with home remedies

New Delhi, November 4 (IANS). Dengue starts after the rainy season, and by October-November, dengue infects everyone from children to adults.

Dengue is caused by the bite of the female Aedes mosquito and many symptoms like high fever, severe pain in the joints, vomiting, skin rashes and pain behind the eyes are seen in the body, but dengue fever can be prevented in some ways.

To protect yourself from mosquitoes, heat camphor and coconut oil lightly on flame and prepare a mixture. When it cools down, apply it on your hands and feet, where mosquitoes are more likely to bite. This mixture will create a layer on the body, the smell of which prevents mosquitoes from coming near. Mosquitoes do not like the smell of camphor. It can be used on everyone from adults to children.

If someone has dengue, it is good to keep small cardamom in the mouth. Green cardamom has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which work to purify the blood. For this, place cardamom on both sides of the mouth but do not swallow it, just keep sucking it. This will provide relief from fever and platelets will also remain equal.

Along with this, juice of papaya leaves can also be included. In dengue, platelets decrease the most and to maintain the correct number of platelets, papaya leaves should be boiled and taken as a decoction. This will keep the platelet count normal. Along with this, Giloy juice and coriander water can also be taken.

In case of dengue, diet should also be changed. For this, things like soup, moong dal porridge, coconut water, lemon water and honey should be consumed. After dengue, the body becomes very weak. Knee pain and joint pain start troubling. In such a situation, milk should be taken with turmeric to get relief from pain. This will provide relief from body pain.
