New Delhi, March 7 (IANS). Today’s lifestyle is such that neither proper food nor good care can be taken care of.
Its direct effect is visible on the body, especially on the face. The positive and negative effects of anything can be seen on the face, such as dark circles under the eyes, wrinkles on the face, tired skin and signs of premature aging on the face.
There are many expensive products available in the market to make your skin glow, but very few people know that the best way to make your face glow is deep and good sleep. The real cure for wrinkles is not expensive creams, but sleep and good care. It is said in Ayurveda, “Nidra Balam, Pushti, Gyanam, Sukham Cha Dadati.” This means that good and balanced sleep provides strength, nutrition, knowledge and happiness to the body. While sleeping at night, our body starts repairing itself. Every part of the body filters itself. These repair cells are also made in our skin. The more cells are produced, the more energetic the body and the face shines like the moon. This is why good sleep is always called ‘beauty sleep’. However, getting proper sleep is also a big task in a stressful life.
Many people have the problem of not getting deep sleep at night and in such cases they have to take the help of medicine. There are many excellent ways to induce sleep in Ayurveda, which can make sleep deep and comfortable. For this, massage the soles before sleeping at night. Massaging the soles at night reduces stress. If stress is reduced, hormones that help in sleep are produced faster in the brain and one gets good and deep sleep.
Apart from this, taking lukewarm milk before sleeping can also help in inducing sleep. For this, nutmeg or raw turmeric can be mixed in milk. Another thing to keep in mind is to reduce screen time at night and keep the room environment quiet before sleeping. Take deep breaths in dim light and then try to sleep.
