In such a situation, health experts recommend taking special care of some important things for the proper development of children, which they call the strong foundation of a healthy childhood.

The National Health Mission has issued five important tips for the healthy development of growing children. According to the mission, with proper nutrition, cleanliness, timely vaccination, adequate sleep and regular health checkups, children can remain strong, active and healthy. The strong foundation of children’s development is laid in their childhood itself. During this period, if they get a balanced diet, healthy habits and proper care, then their physical and mental development goes in the right direction.

The National Health Mission has appealed to adopt these five important tips in public interest. The first of these is to make cleanliness a daily habit. For this, make children habit of washing hands, cutting nails, wearing clean clothes and living in a clean environment. This prevents infections and diseases. Second is a balanced and nutritious diet, include milk, fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses and protein-rich items in children’s diet. Proper nutrition is extremely essential for their physical development, brain function and energy levels.

The third important thing is to get vaccination done on time. For this, children should get all the necessary vaccinations on time. Vaccinations provide protection against serious diseases and help keep a child healthy. The fourth important thing is adequate sleep and rest.

Growing children should get adequate sleep daily. Good sleep is extremely important for their physical development, concentration and mood. The fifth important thing is to get regular health checkups done. Get children checked by a doctor from time to time. With this, any problem is detected in time and treatment becomes easier.
