New Delhi, March 29 (IANS). In today’s busy life, we often eat anything quickly, but do not think whether it contains the nutrients necessary for our body or not. If your body is getting the right vitamins, you will not only feel healthy from inside but will also be seen glowing from outside. The problem is that most of us do not know which vitamin is useful for which purpose and where it is obtained from.
Vitamin A is very important for your eyes and skin. If you want your skin to look clean and glowing, then definitely eat things like carrots and sweet potatoes. After this comes Vitamin B complex, which includes many types of vitamins like B1, B2, B3, B6, B12. All these together work to provide energy to your body. They are found in abundance in whole grains, eggs, chicken, banana and fish.
Vitamin C helps the most in strengthening your immunity. Be sure to include things like orange, lemon, amla in your diet. These not only protect you from diseases but also make your skin glowing.
Vitamin D is equally important, especially for your bones. Morning sunlight is its best source. Apart from this, it is also found in some foods like fatty fish. If there is deficiency of Vitamin D in the body, then weakness and fatigue starts feeling.
Vitamin E is no less than a boon for your skin and hair. It is found in almonds, walnuts and other nuts. It keeps your skin soft and healthy. Vitamin K helps in the formation of blood clots and is found in green leafy vegetables like spinach and banana.
Apart from this, folate (B9) and biotin (B7) are also very important. Folate helps create new cells and biotin strengthens your hair and nails. You can easily get these from things like spinach, beans and nuts.
Along with this, you should keep variety in your diet. Eating only one type of food will not help. The more colorful and natural the food, the more different vitamins you will get.
