According to Ayurveda, drinking herbal drinks like Tulsi water every morning on an empty stomach is very beneficial. It not only gives energy to the body but also boosts immunity.

In Ayurveda, Tulsi is considered a sacred herb with medicinal properties. Tulsi Jal is a simple Ayurvedic herbal drink, made from Tulsi leaves. Drinking it every morning on an empty stomach provides many benefits to the body.

Tulsi water awakens the digestive fire of the body, due to which food is digested well. It keeps the stomach light, provides relief from problems like constipation and gas. By consuming Tulsi water, weight is controlled and energy remains in the body. Most importantly, Tulsi water detoxifies the entire body from within, flushing out toxins.

After boiling, let it cool and filter and drink. If you want, you can add some honey or lemon to it for taste, but plain is most beneficial. Drinking basil water on an empty stomach is more beneficial.
