New Delhi, 17 September (IANS). Today’s changing lifestyle, irregular routine and increasing habit of fast food have caused the most damage to health. Especially due to wrong catering habits, many types of diseases are surrounded by people. One of these problems is the increase of uric acid in the body.
This problem is no longer limited to the elderly, but is seen in the youth and even teenagers.
When the level of uric acid in the body increases excessively, it can cause problems like severe pain, swelling and arthritis in the joints. There are many yogasanas, which is an easy and effective way, which helps to control uric acid.
Bhujangasana:- In Bhujangasana, when you lift the upper part of the body by lying on your stomach, there is a deep stretch in the stomach, waist and back. This stretch acts like giving light ‘massage’ to internal organs like kidney and liver. This asana improves blood circulation in the surrounding part of the kidney, increasing the strength of kidney cleaning. In addition, it improves digestive, which reduces the chances of becoming useless purine in the body, which reduces the chances of forming uric acid.
Ustrasana:- In this posture, you sit on your knees and tilt the body back. During this time, the stomach, chest and spinal cord opens completely and it has flexibility. While doing this asana, blood flow in the body parts is sharp. Especially on liver, kidney and digestive system, it has a direct effect, as these organs help to remove toxic elements from the body such as uric acid, so when they stretch and pressure, their work is better.
Trigonasana:- In Trigonasana, when you bend aside, there is a stretch in the waist and thighs. This asana improves the flow of blood throughout the body. When blood circulation is better in the body, toxins such as uric acid do not accumulate in one place. This asana accelerates metabolism. This gradually decreases the level of uric acid and reduces the complaints of swelling and pain in the joints.
