There is a misconception about Vitamin E that it is just a “skin vitamin”, but it is not so. Vitamin E is very important for providing energy to every corner of the body.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant, which protects the cells of the body and prevents damage caused by free radicals. Its main function is to keep all the cells of the body healthy and keep the membranes strong. Vitamin E helps maintain beauty, plays an important role in heart health, strengthens the immune system and protects the brain and nervous system.

Now it is important to know how much Vitamin E is required daily. Adult women and men require 10-15 mg of vitamin E daily. Vitamin E is easily available in food and taken naturally gives more energy to the body.
Vitamin E is found in almonds, spinach and green leafy vegetables, sprouted grains, mustard and sesame oil, sunflower seeds, peanuts and peanut oil and fruits like avocado.
Vitamin-E: Always consume Vitamin-E with fat-rich foods like ghee or those that contain naturally occurring oil. Vitamin E dissolves rapidly in the body along with fat and is absorbed in the body. Apart from this, do not overcook green vegetables, because cooking reduces the vitamins present in the vegetables.
