पेट की जिद्दी चर्बी और कब्ज से पाना है छुटकारा? रोजाना करें

New Delhi, October 30 (IANS). People trapped in work, busyness, traffic and domestic responsibilities face problems like fatigue, stress, stubborn belly fat and constipation, but in such a situation, doing yoga can be an effective solution. One of these is Bhujangasana.

According to the Ministry of AYUSH, this asana can be helpful in reducing stress, melting stubborn belly fat and eliminating digestive problems like constipation. This yoga, which provides relief from back pain, sciatica and respiratory system problems, is a boon for every age.

‘Bhujangasana’ is also known as ‘Cobra Pose’ or ‘Sarpasana’. It is ranked eighth among the 12 asanas of Surya Namaskar. The Ministry of AYUSH also gave special information on ‘Bhujangasana’, in which it has been told that the word ‘Bhujanga’ means ‘serpent’ or ‘serpent’. In this asana, the shape of the body rises up like the hood of a snake, hence it is called Bhujangasana.

This asana is helpful in reducing stress, reducing fat and relieving constipation. Also, it relieves back pain and respiratory tract related problems.

To do ‘Bhujangasana’, first of all lie down on the yoga mat on your stomach and place both your palms towards the ground near the thighs and keep in mind that both your ankles keep touching each other.

After this, bring both the hands shoulder level and also keep both the palms towards the ground. Now put the weight of the body on the palms and slowly inhale and lift the head and pull it towards the back. Note that by this time your elbows are bent and then move your head backwards and at the same time take your chest forward. Then come back to the same position and repeat this process as per your capacity.

Do not do this asana if you have back pain, recent surgery, serious spine problem or during menstruation. Consult a doctor. By adopting yoga we can live a healthy and happy life.
