New Delhi, April 16 (IANS). With the onset of summer, many changes are seen in the body. One feels extreme heat and due to sweating, rashes start appearing on the body.
This happens not only due to heat but also due to increase in bile in the body. Our body gives many signals when bile increases, ignoring which can be harmful.
According to Ayurveda, it is very important for the body to have balanced bile. When Pitta Dosha increases, the body first gives small signals. Frequent acidity is a common sign; Along with this, mouth ulcers and redness of the tongue, burning sensation in the palms and soles, inability to bear heat, redness on the face and excessive sweating, and getting angry easily are signs of increased bile. Pitta affects the body more in summer because the outside environment is already hot, which causes imbalance of body heat.
Now the question is what to do. To balance Pitta, it is important to maintain a stable body temperature. Keep the body cool from inside in summer. Consume liquids and cool things and drink plenty of water. Try to consume one coconut water daily. Fennel water is the most effective way to balance pitta. Soak fennel in water overnight and drink it lukewarm in the morning. This will stabilize the digestive fire of the stomach and reduce burning sensation. It will also calm the excess acid produced in the stomach.
Try not to keep it in direct sunlight for too long in summer. This increases body temperature and also affects bile. Do not consume cold foods immediately in summer. Due to this, the body temperature gets imbalanced badly and problems like cold and heat can arise. Increased bile is not a disease; It can be balanced easily. At the same time, if it is not balanced then many diseases take birth in the body.
