Due to this gradually fatigue, stress and many health problems start increasing. Women face challenges at different stages of age. Like period problems in adolescence, weight gain and stress during pregnancy, then problems related to menopause and old age. Yoga proves to be very beneficial in all these.

Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga advises women to take special care of their health. According to the institute, yoga is not just a physical exercise but a process of improvement from inside to outside. It first activates the internal organs and glands, purifies the blood, increases its flow and strengthens the body. Its effect is also effective in increasing facial glow, skin health and body energy.

With yoga, women can remain healthy, beautiful and fresh in a natural way. There are many beneficial yogasanas and pranayam for women, which make the body flexible, strong and balanced. Bhadrasana is especially for women, which provides relief from period related problems and strengthens the pelvic area. Vajrasana: It improves digestion and keeps the uterus healthy. Bhujangasana which strengthens the back and reduces period pain. Setubandhasana or Bridge Pose strengthens the pelvic floor, beneficial during pregnancy and post-pregnancy.

At the same time, Shashankasana reduces stress and gives relaxation. Supta Baddha Konasana is good for relaxation and hormone balance during menopause. Apart from this, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Padahastasana are better for improving general balance and posture.

Along with asanas, pranayam is also effective; It calms the mind and balances hormones. Anulom-Vilom reduces stress and increases oxygen. Bhramari Pranayama calms the mind, improves sleep and provides relief from menopause symptoms. Kapalbhati strengthens the stomach muscles and detoxifies the body.

Women should do yoga for 30-45 minutes daily. Initially learn yoga under the supervision of an expert, especially during pregnancy or any health problem, consult a doctor.
