New Delhi. All the constituent parties of NDA including BJP and JDU have announced the names of their candidates for Bihar Assembly elections. Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Patna today to meet Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. There was a conversation between Nitish Kumar and Amit Shah for about 20 minutes. There were speculations that there would be a discussion between Nitish Kumar and Amit Shah regarding the CM face of NDA. JDU MP Sanjay Jha, putting an end to all the speculations, said that there was a detailed discussion between the two leaders on joint election campaign.

JDU MP Sanjay Jha, while answering the questions of journalists after the meeting, said that there is only 20-22 days time for election campaign and there was a discussion between them regarding this. On the question of whether everything is fine in NDA now, JDU MP asked, when was the problem? There was never anything wrong in NDA. He said that there was no such thing anywhere. He alleged that the opposition is trying to spread false news, but we are united.

He said that in the Grand Alliance, symbols are being given at night and symbols are being taken back in the morning. The Grand Alliance should focus on itself. The Union Home Minister has made it clear many times that Nitish Kumar is the face of NDA and we are going to fight this election under his leadership. Let us tell you that NDA constituents BJP and JDU are contesting elections on equal 101-101 seats. While Chirag Paswan’s Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) has been given 29 seats. Whereas Jitan Ram Manjhi’s Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) and Upendra Kushwaha’s Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) have got 6 seats each to contest the elections.
