Meanwhile, the convoy of Hindustani Awam Morcha chief Jitan Ram’s Samdhan Jyoti Manjhi was attacked at Barachatti in Gayaji during the election campaign. Jyoti Manjhi got head injury in stone pelting. Jyoti Manjhi is the NDA candidate from Barachatti assembly seat.

After this incident, Jyoti Manjhi was immediately taken to Barachatti Community Health Center where she was given first aid. After this he was referred to Magadh Medical College for some more tests. It is being told that when Jyoti Manjhi was doing public relations, two youths riding on a bike pelted stones. Police are searching for the attackers. Jyoti Manjhi is contesting from Barachatti for the second time. Earlier, MLA from Tikari assembly constituency of Gayaji and our candidate Anil Kumar was attacked during a public relations campaign. Anil Kumar was injured in his head and hand and some of his supporters were also injured.
